Na oficjalnej stronie internetowej MPAA, "Suicide Squad" jest obecnie notowany w kategorii wiekowe PG-13 za "...sequences of violence and action throughout, disturbing behavior, suggestive content and language."
Broniąc kategorii wiekowej, reżyser David Ayer powiedział kilka miesięcy temu: ''We can give that movie the edge that it needs and still maintain a PG-13."
Podczas gdy pierwszy (i jak dotąd jedynym) film "Suicide Squad" jest PG-13, Ayer powiedział, że jest otwarty na ideę sequelu w kategorii R.
W ostatnim czasie pojawił się też nowy plakat filmu.
,,Suicide Squad'' pojawił się także na okładkach francuskiego magazynu Teaser Cinema.
